.....and what's new this sunday evening, dazzlenation?...well, i've been sent another CHP link to their website, in order to reset my password....and having done so....to then have a look at my account....those two 'home' visits do not show up anywhere at all....a tad suspicious?....nothing in 'notifications'.....and nor does the 'intercom' repair job, that i have requested - show up....but then they probably haven't booked one as yet....anyway, apparently - the intercom should have been installed with a 'privacy setting' but it had not been etc etc and i'm still waiting for a reply....go figure:

oh and i didn't report the smoke vents job - i'm assuming that somebody else did, in the building....in point of fact, they probably mean the windows....lol...no other 'vents'....something that i had complained about years ago now...go figure:
