in short, there had been only one name registered in a certain uber-database 'field' at the time....and so wolfson had to be added (by daldry)....to prevent a fight between wolfson vs buller/daldry and cartlidge....and that is how pre-planned certain 'stuff' is....from the millennium to present-day...go figure:
