to mcgowan's response...."let's have another go"....and shortly after that: "no, it's useless".....and afterwards?...."there's something wrong with my hand...it's trembling".....hmmm....let me think, dazzlenation...is this something around a polite suggestion regarding the equipment that they have been using....which might not be 'cutting edge'?....either that or somebody didn't read the instruction manual properly:
