grafton house, anybody?...a play upon words, according to uncle bobby clayton...'to graft' as in to work hard - british/informal...(nota bene the girl's name 'emily' means 'industrious') and also to pinch or to steal, as in to 'graft-on' - in terms of you-know-what..."add to your collection" replies BI online..."on the increment"...rather than the medical application, relating to skin grafts/transplants etc etc...oh and then there's the aeronautical element....'graphed-on'...along with rimington telling me that I had been 'grafted' onto that 'rosen' family, in the Christchurch centre, jerusalem - all utter nonsense...a ro-sis-grow-on-you number, in relation to 'trance-plants' etc etc...go figure:
