and having just skimmed through the rest of the article, see previous post...i am currently at a loss for words...until i have thought around the subject, along the lines of 'under what circumstances' one might be able to condone etc etc...anyway, boris' government apparently wants to allow the following agencies to authorise crimes such as murder etc etc....i'm laughing but this actually quite serious, isn't it - dazzlenation?...oh and i can now think of a few contextualised examples for some of them - off the top of my head but environment/food/medicines/healthcare?...i'm stumped....go figure:
