and so to conclude dazzlenation...i'm not sure that we're still on the same page, here...but if we are...then it is most probably something around the closure of Sainsbury's on Clacton high street...anyway, according to a staff member...the rent has gone up and that is what had forced sainsbury's hand, to close down..."january 30th"...isn't it all so odd?...i mean to say - whoever owns the building...won't find anybody else to pay the rent...i mean to say, if a major supermarket cannot afford to rent it...then who can?...and so the owner will ultimately lose out....see previous posts...go figure:
