and after amending a recent post, regarding where I had stayed in London - spring 1996...at the BMA, tavistock house....lol....I can remember what I was to call the refectory, rather well...we had a decent breakfast, in there...before Oscar took me upon a lightning tour of what-they-had-found-out regarding the medical society of London etc etc and yes, we had stopped off at the royal society of medicine, as well...oh and the next night, I was to stay with ingabot 'n' ed at their flat in 'the oval'...anyway, the whole thing had left me rather shell-shocked, at the time - let us say, dazzlenation...considering it had all come on the back of being 'worked-into-the-ground' at the prague BC DTO...told that I would have to make up the hours that I had missed on friday, upon my return...and so a quick flight in...for the funeral-in-suffolk and out again, sunday evening...not forgetting to mention the 'hell' of that RH play-in-Lewisham, Friday evening etc etc....see previous notes upon 'all of that'......go figure.
