and what's new upon the BBC newspage, this evening - dazzlenation?...at first glance....hmmm...reminds me of this morning, I was to walk down the stairs to belle court foyer....to see that somebody had left a lit cigarette upon the floor....despite the fact that this is a 'no-smoking' building....luckily it appeared to have gone out, although not stubbed out - probably because the carpet has been treated with anti-flammable etc etc....anyway, it was just one of those things where you think....that must have been deliberate, rather than just careless...highly unlikely to have been anybody living in the block...somebody who had visited, earlier on etc etc....as it goes, eh?
