...and so let me see...in relation to that notice upon the tendring council website....seeing as it was linked to wheelchair access...then it would have probably been about hearing - rather than traffic...secondly, I can finally see what you had been getting at, all along - dazzlenation...a concern over the 'neck loop'?...with the suggestion that ling's mob have probably hijacked the platform, in order to etc etc....see previous post....go figure:
