and what else, dazzlenation?...the buffering within that electrical substation/collector station....because when I first moved into this flat, in belle court - over 10 years ago, now...you never heard a sound from it...and more recently?...well, it has been making some increasingly weird noises, now and then...hums...whines...oh and when it kicks into action - sometimes, the noise is so loud, that it is rather worrying...oh and I wonder how long it will take, for anybody to bother to fix it?...see previous notes upon lee Jackson/tony mcdevitt and that boiler etc etc and yes, I know - only too well...why it would be safer to pay the ill to stay at home, BI...COI was a bit of a disaster, wasn't it?...you couldn't close it down, immediately and so in effect, you had had to pay them to stay away - see previous post....go figure:
