oh and what about a 'colouring journal'?...see previous notes upon those MOD 'colouring in books'....LOL...you can certainly wile away the hours, with one of those and I might add that 'colour therapy' is a really useful meditational device....focusses your attention whilst relaxing you...just doodle your own pic and then get out the felt tip pens...as it goes, eh?
