oh I remember now...that was their "not"...as in 'a knot'...conflated with dental floss/string theory....a "not" that they were to tie the local police up, with...including McGowan, as far as I can remember...and so the question now, has to be asked...what had they done?...gone and murdered somebody within the area?...because the cover-up was so extensive, at the time...that one has to assume that they had done something 'heinous' but what?....see previous post....go figure:
