hmmm...the word 'transformative' and in relation to the changing of 'core beliefs'...because in 'institutions' let us say...drugs are normally used in order to 'trance-form' a person's beliefs....and so all that one can conclude - at present, is that 'something-went-wrong'....oh and US intelligence were to pick up on Russian transmissions, let us say....nobody wants to say anything 'bluntly' as yet but you know how it goes, dear reader:
