okay, I think that I've 'got' it, dazzlenation...something around the 'chariot' here....the beginning of younger's operation....along with 'sparklers'....and then?...well, a skip back to that CHP website...for a location....because upon their frontpage, was an article about an area in dovercourt, Harwich...and a quick scan has revealed...younger telling an aide "it'll serve them right"...serve CHP right, for advising their clientele...that they do not have to have 'smart meters' if they do not want them in their homes....oh and having had a look at that BBC article about council housing, in general...well, the area that CHP has chosen to develop etc etc...and the rest is 'in pictures'....go figure:
oh and as far as I know...the following...is a 'younger' job...i.e. a half-arsed attempt at incorporating a Krishna's chariot image, within a BBC weather map...LOL...go figure:
