what does MKULTRA stand for, anyway?...hmmm...something that I have to dig up here...oh I remember, now....change the M to a P....MKULTRA = PKULTRA nowadays...see previous notes upon MARCH 'n' PARCH...and finally, I 'get' it now...see previous notes upon MI6 john (working through CHP) - going into a 'frenzy' around anybody 'wasting water' (in his eyes)...because he had been put through torture/trauma dehydration programming...and as far as I know...that is what the ringleaders of 'extinction rebellion' had been put through, too....go figure:
