....and what else?...well, I was to search for 'CHP smart meters' in the hope that I would get CHP's policy upon smart meters, dazzlenation...to then find out that CHP doesn't just refer to 'chelmer housing partnership'...LOL...it also refers to 'combined heat and power' (CHP)....go figure:

anyway, I've just found CHP's take on 'smart meters'....and it looks like the onus is upon the energy provider...which means that NPOWER is responsible for 'all of that'...and they haven't contacted me about it, as yet...go figure:

"Smart meters will be rolled out as standard across the country by 2020, but there will not be a legal obligation on individuals to have one."
