and what's the village like, then?...let me see...that's rather an alarming clocktower....reminds me somewhat of certain images...of that parachuting tower, in Katowice park (no longer standing because the Nazis had thrown children from it)...as EE twat had figured it would do....and yes, he had read all of the notes upon my 'case' so to speak...and no doubt, your notes, too - MOD/MI5 evans....because you were the one who had shown me around that park, with Australian 'bernie' etc etc...and yes, we had had a look at the memorial....go figure:

omg, evans...the history revisionists have been 'at it' again...as no doubt - many poles of a certain generation, can testify....go figure:

'that' was built in 1937, was it?...give me a break...and yes, I am well-aware that if you painted the Eiffel tower (1887–1889) in bright colours etc etc....even so - go figure:

and yes I can remember the above tower as being near to the spot where a stone tower, had previously existed (polish EFL teacher 'theresa' had said that she had thought it had been erected some time in the 70s)....which had been used by the Nazis to etc etc....has the memorial disappeared, then?....because so many polish people were to recount that horrorstory,  circa 1992-4....of how the local population had been lined up, by the nazis - to watch...as kidnapped children were thrown from the top....the Nazis had trained their guns upon the crowd etc etc...and so nobody had dared to do anything, at all...and so perhaps that is why...that particular 'bit of history' has now been erased from history books, eh?...agnieszka would know....so a belltower or a parachuting tower, then - eh?...oh and I might add that it had been british council 'james forrest' who had bought several rather 'antique' illustrated history books (in polish) and shown me a couple of illustrations...of what the original stone tower had looked like...go figure.
