and yes, it is not really funny, dear reader....remember that ex-CID detective who had asthma....the one who used to live in a certain 'balcony' flat, in belle court....poor man (he has since moved out)....anyway, let me backtrack - Amadeus (shin beit etc etc) had originally...put sacks of birdseed out on the balcony....you can guess the rest...but I will recap, for the sake of it.....he contacted CHP countless times, to get something done about the seed and the birds....he couldn't tackle it himself, you understand - because he was too 'allergic' to do so....years on, down the line...pest control was called in...the damage was quite extraordinary....and in so many ways....balcony was more than knee-deep in pigeon poo and nests/eggs etc etc....go figure.
