oh I remember, now...the graphic design team had been contacted....they were then to code in 'commercial services' as "a load of old rope"....see previous notes upon that NASA constellation etc etc....

 

looks a bit like an open-drain-pissoir, doesn't it?...along with the 'sperts' eh?...hmm....'daze-a-year-sir-vices'....

 

 

oh I see what the graphic design team had been laughing about...we had seen the future, dear reader....that MI5 'rotten eggs' team...MI5 commonly known as 'the service' by insiders....rimington "a member of the service always has to attend" a funeral connected to etc etc....the services and the sir-vices....along with that 12 month contract at O2...including a 'pinball-effect' chain of events 'on the phone' the other day...three operators....the last one, had a mancunian accent...the one before...LOL...a bit like a broken-English-bird-cheeping....anyway, reading between the lines, the last operator was to tell me that O2 made their money by monthly direct debit airtime and therefore it wasn't possible to pay for the whole lot, 'in one' (unlike what I had been told in the shop, before I signed on the dotted line - so to speak and that is because no actual signature was given - I was simply told to click on the box, upon screen, with a mouse)....let me recap....it was all a bit like an unofficial overdraft, available, every month....because it is all about 'psychology' you understand e.g. rodway telling me "no matter what my income is, I always overspend, every month" etc etc......you run into your 'unofficial overdraft' and have to pay the price, at the end of the month....O2 can then fine you and then charge you 'whatever'....additionally, there is also the question of O2 asking for all of your card details which they then keep on their computer system...including the 3 numbers upon the back of your card....which is probably why...they continued to take money out of the account of a very dissatisfied customer (who was before me, the first time that I went into the shop)....even though her contract had expired....go figure.
