oh and look...a different google view and another estate agent's placard...haart's....anyway, I was to say to the man-who-stopped-me this morning...that part of the building was flats and so the sale sign might refer to anywhere, in it...best to check on the internet, to see what is up for sale at number 64 ellis road etc etc....go figure:
