....and what's new this Friday evening, then?....at last...success...a CHP email telling me that the replacement of the bathroom basin will not be charged to myself....even though you can see by the wording that they are still trying to make out that I am 'in the wrong' and 'to blame' for no apparent reason....that petulant tone, again..."we have already advised you" - when they hadn't done any such thing and for weeks - until forced to do so, this morning....like blood out of a stone, eh?...this is the idiot children at work...those who were brought up as evil little parasites....remember the 'spoilt bastard' strip in VIZ...those who don't feel that they have to lift a finger and get very annoyed about it - when told to do so....look up the definition of 'petulant'...it kind of sums up their behaviour and whole attitude to life....go figure:
