...an odd one, this morning...let me backtrack:

i rang up CHP to arrange for that light fitting appointment - i was given a morning appointment - wednesday the 12th of december 8-1pm...well and good, you might think - however i was then to ask about that 'shower fitting' job and was told that it wasn't on the system - ditto with the 'bathroom basin' job.

I was to inquire about both and then add that perhaps i should just write another email, whereupon CHP could perhaps lump the two bathroom jobs together?

....the CHP employee replied that the shower fitting and the bathroom SINK could probably be lumped together....yes, you read that right...she was to
talk about "the bathroom sink"....do you see how 'mad' this all is?

CHP do not seem to be able to get it out of their heads...that you do not normally have 'sinks' in the bathroom - you have basins....go figure.

and there's more...and this was rather disturbing....whilst i was in the bathroom - the phone rang three times...i was then to find two left messages....upon the ansaphone....both from an evil little 'mouse' going by the name of 'debbie'....who was to ring up and leave the following message...almost spitting, as she sniped down the line....she was petulant, pathetic, nasty and rather vicious, in her tone....along the lines of 'how can we arrange a plumbing booking if you're not answering the phone?' she sneered - how dare she?

....she then got cut off...and so rang up again to leave another message  - to then tell me that CHP would do the job 'free of charge' (and you could tell by her tone of voice, that she was furious)...but at least she managed to refer to the job as being about a 'bathroom basin' - well, that's progress for you - isn't it?

....hmmm...anyway, we will see, won't we?...'free of charge' - i will need that in writing, now - even more than before....mainly because 'debbie' was so offensive in her tone that i wouldn't trust her as far as i could throw her....go figure.

...what are these idiots up to?...i think that i 'know', now....a certain competition between BI and the CIA...working in tandem...but also at odds, with each other - depending upon whether they are in the ill cult camp or not....and 'debbie' had both feet 'in the shit'...that much is clear.

oh and let me underline the following...the first CHP operative that was to answer the phone....had told me that neither the shower fitting nor the bathroom basin job were on the system - isn't that interesting?

...oh and i haven't had a letter about either - to boot...i've had letters about the window and the light fitting but nothing about the bathroom....go figure.
