....and what else?...let me see...further thoughts upon that window....knowing as I do, that the ill are most likely to take the window out and then 'disappear'....I now have a plan to counteract 'that one'....I will play the 'vulnerable adult' card and demand that if there is any possibility at all, of this flat being left overnight without a living room window...then it is CHP's 'duty of care' to provide me with paid-for accommodation elsewhere....go figure.
