...anyway, seeing as there is a 'notice' functioning upon my blog and I haven't altered it in any way and I don't 'do' advertising/third party analytics...one can assume that I don't need to bother about this....however, the whole 'confirm' issue is now annoying me...e.g. seeing as no email address is given with which to do so etc etc...unless it simply means that I have to 'confirm' it to myself - that a notice is up - whether it is the notice that they are talking about is another matter etc etc....go figure:
