Oh I see...so Clacton only received 1 payment and so there is no point in pursuing 'this'...even though I sense a 'con' here...along the lines of - well, having watched BBC weather maps, for so long and seen that the temperature hit 1 degrees in Clacton, many times over the winter period...and what can one say but there isn't much difference between 0 degrees and 1 degree - is there? etc etc....go figure:
