...and what's new this evening?...well, I was to receive a letter from NPOWER about 'personal data' along with 'vulnerability' status...which was to remind me of that email - I had sent them...regarding only having had one 'cold weather' payment for the winter period 2017-18....anyway, I then looked up 'how many cold weather payments 2017-18' as a search, upon google...to find out that it was already a 'saved search'...a popular search...to find the following....go figure:

oh well, that's helpful - isn't it?...see below:

and what about this link, then...let me see...what I had read before 'in synopsis'....and so my basic question hasn't been answered...which runs along the lines of 'how many Clacton triggers were there during that period' etc etc....go figure:

wait a minute...this link might be helpful:

Oh I see...so Clacton only received 1 payment and so there is no point in pursuing 'this'...even though I sense a 'con' here...along the lines of - well, having watched BBC weather maps, for so long and seen that the temperature hit 1 degrees in Clacton, many times over the winter period...and what can one say but there isn't much difference between 0 degrees and 1 degree - is there? etc etc....go figure:
