...and so things were a bit 'mad' this morning...and they got sillier after the post had come....remember how I had talked about getting an NPOWER bill that said I was 'in credit' - last week?...well, that bill had been for last year....2016...and so why did NPOWER only manage to send it to me - last week?

....next up...well, this afternoon - I was to receive a bill that told me I wasn't 'in credit'...an up-to-date bill (see below - to the left)...go figure:

 
oh and the story doesn't end there....because after having received that 'in credit' bill for 2016....a couple of days later...I was to receive the following bill for early on this year - 2017:
 
 
and this afternoon...well, I wasn't just sent my up-to-date bill...all of the following bills were in the letter...and jumbled up...and so I then had to sort through and put them in the right chronological order:



oh and there was one of these letters 'in the mix' as well - within the same envelope...see above...a pity that my camera malfunctioned whilst taking the shot...anyway, it is a formal apology from NPOWER - regarding how customers have been 'billed' recently....anyway, I was also to receive one of the letters, below...in another envelope, this afternoon...go figure:



and finally, in another envelope...there was another letter...more or less, about the same thing...telling me that there had been a 'delay' in sending out my bill...were they talking about that 2016 bill?...I have no idea....oh and they were also to apologise for 'more than one bill' in the letter...yes, I can see that might be 'confusing'...particularly when all of the bills were jumbled up and in no chronological order...go figure:
 
anyway, all in all...isn't it such a waste of money...all of that high-quality paper and colour-printing?
