....and the nomenclature....because once you have given somebody a name....you can call them....you have power over them, in that way (although the british military used to use "whistle and I will come to you" - a masonic 'recall' number)...your name begins to affect the way that you are, it shapes you - in a sense....but hey, we all need limitations...how could you run a world 'without names' anyway?...but I suppose that there is something more to this, than that...something around the legislative body-at-work....something like that?...along with the idea of the 'Christian name' and the 'family name'...as if the 'surname' predates Christianity (which it probably doesn't if your surname is 'priestley' for example)...something along those lines?
oh and what about 'onomastics'?...go figure:
