...and off on a tangent....lurcher's gully?...lurcher had been my nickname for Tomlinson, in new York....as it had been RH's nickname for our father....hmmm....and I wonder now...who had been running Tomlinson-in-new-York upon the tannoy, at the time?...this is all about military radio connections....the british army and SAS...MI6....and the marines etc etc...go figure:
oh and the following ad has been 'everywhere' upon the internet, this evening....I can remember the marines saying "we'll wait and see what turns up"...as an ad...attached to that guardian 'gully' article...go figure.
