hmmm....'control of the environment' along with 'eyes in the sky'....M&S has a 'black ball' in the foodhall, doesn't it?...was it Karen's team 'on duty'....because 'candy girl' had been behind her friend, attempting to steal 4 packs of steak - she had dared her to do it "go on, I've done it lots of times"....go figure:
