I remember now...Norwegian intelligence at work....inagabot had been told to remember this location...because she would always be 'safe' there....Norwegian intelligence had told her "the ken, Helen...ken-sing-ton...you are on-it....'.....oh and there's more....a joke around 'battleship potemkin'...."this is where our revolution is planned"....and so what is it...or what are rather those buildings that need so much security...looks more like a prison, to me...
