i rang up CHP this morning - at just after 8am...to then be told by the automated system that i was being put through to AARON services ltd...which didn't happen..."your call is important to us until you think that it isn't important any longer..." time...go figure.

anyway, as i had the AARON services ltd number, to hand....01473835155...i dialled it...to then be told by 'don't-ask-me-i-only-take-the-bookings' woman....that a plumber would definitely be able to call today but she couldn't possibly give me a time or a name....apart from between 8am-5pm.....the plumbers had their jobs lined up for the day and when a job fell through etc etc...that is when they would be able to call...i replied that if all of their bookings went as planned upon that 8am-5pm basis then they wouldn't call...would they? she replied that i could have a morning booking for tomorrow....8am-1pm....and then slammed the phone down...nice.

...and so, i'd better check 'this one' out with CHP...has a booking been made for tomorrow morning by AARON services ltd? if it has been made - will CHP foot the bill...can they give me a name etc etc...this is so f***ing tiresome...the whole sick 'show'...how many times?...see previous notes....upon the 'set-up' within this ill cult flat....and those mental robots who think that they can 'earn money by being evil'.

anyway, let me compose a suitable email text:

Dear CHP,

I was to call your number 03005550500 this morning 03/08 in order to book a plumber's appointment - I had previously sent you an email yesterday - with a photo attached of my flat's boiler dial/pressure gauge - which has dipped into the 'danger area' - and as a consequence, the boiler has cut out.

Anyway, my call was transferred to AARON services ltd 'on hold' - I was to ring them later on, upon 01473835155 - they then booked me a plumbing appointment tomorrow - 04/08 - 8am-1pm. However, the customer service operative was unable to tell me what the name of the plumber would be and nor did she know whether or not I would be charged for the job.

could you possibly tell me if the above booking is now upon your system?

Will the plumber charge the job to CHP?

Could I possibly know the name of the plumber in advance?
