let me see...I think that I might be able to work this out...the street sign doubles up as red-faced parrot's head...the way that sally was feeling at the time of the investigation, so many years ago now...and yes I can remember now...it is all coming back...daldry was involved.....so the red-faced parrot is guarding the 'decomposing vegetable patch'...."and nothing she can do about it"....oh I see...which was then to inspire the 'green police' to do...what they did...in Lewisham - see previous photos/post...go figure:
