policy updates on paypal? I just received an email from them....stating that if you didn't click on the link...then you agreed to the 'changes'....what rubbish...firstly it is not legal to say that if you do not click on something - that you have agreed to it...you need at least a signature...besides the very nature of 'email' isn't legal...i.e. it doesn't hold up in court as a form of communication, does it? paypal even has a waiver at the end of their email....stating as much...
anyway, I wonder if BREXIT will affect anything?
