and yes, I can remember now....'royal orders' upon a subliminal frequency - to wear a dark blue and white stripey top...naturally I didn't....ha ha ha....look at the 'lime green' in the background....
so yes, the 'shorts' are underlining what the royals had targeted in terms of colour coding....white with dark blue stripes...rather like those summer 'sainsbury' plastic plates....see previous notes and photos....
