and yes this house used to belong to rowling as far as I know...she had asked for 'monkey puzzle trees' to be put in especially....because 'they aren't supposed to talk when they see one - are they?'
meaning the children that would be taken to that house...heaven knows what happened to them but I would dredge that body of water nearby....
as children we were told 'never to speak whilst passing a monkey puzzle tree because it was bad luck'....
