and this morning...I began to think about the gelatine and the quinoa on sale at m&s...the owner didn't like olive oil (see previous notes as to why) and excluded it from the ingredients in his products...however the quinoa advises you to 'add olive oil'...meaning what? we are back to that swiss animal fodder - during the winter months....which is like wallpaper paste....and can glue a human's intestines up...only cattle have the digestive processes to cope with it...

that so-called Aztec superfood and stuff like quinoa....well you have to be careful....olive oil 'it is not absorbed' according to the Italians...and it is anti-constipatory....

oh I remember now...scarlett and Cameron had worked it all out....and a program of revenge....'sheet programmer samcam' was locked in a bedroom at night...whilst ed miliband was encouraged to eat Aztec superfood...and no doubt some type of E number at mi6....hence the chybbie reference yesterday....I have the images back now...they watched ed's stomach swell....whilst he told them all that he was eating a very healthy diet....so what is next on the menu - anthrax?
