okay i cannot decode this myself...all i can tell you is that it was by joan from SP 'in a rush'...to out the colour coded frequencies used by blears - see previous notes upon the earsplitting frequency used upon that person in a bus queue....
the pink blossom tree in the background was to represent 'pain'...pink normally means 'pain' in ill cult symbolism...
