secondly the photo below...is reminding me of the steps up to flat 3 and flat 4 of EAGLE HOUSE, west street Harwich....see previous notes upon how that house was 'coded out to the nines'....the house in which scarlett used to program in MI6 blindman's stick etc etc...
let me scan for a bit more information...and yes 'mr leslie-carter' had been in dialogue with that Rothschild in relation to the colours that he had wanted that house to be painted...he had also wanted a few 'modifications' over the wall - see above....go figure....
