Richard Orme Wilberforce, Baron Wilberforce, PC (11 March 1907 – 15 February 2003), was a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary in the House of Lords from 1964 to 1982.



Richard Wilberforce was a great-great-grandson of the famous abolitionist William Wilberforce, and son of a judge of the Lahore High Court. He grew up in India and attended Winchester College and New College, Oxford, and was later elected a Fellow of All Souls College. He was called to the Bar in 1932 and became a Queen's Counsel in 1954.



He was first appointed to the bench in 1961 as a Chancery judge. Then in 1964 he was appointed to the House of Lords as a Lord Appeal in Ordinary, made additionally a life peer as Baron Wilberforce, of the City and County of Kingston-upon-Hull. He is the only judge in recent times to have been appointed to the House of Lords straight from the High Court Bench, without serving in the Court of Appeal. His decisions were known for being reserved and cautious.



Wilberforce was Chancellor of the University of Hull between 1978 and 1994.

which is why 'i hate the middleclasses' now makes sense in a mad, aristocratic sort of way...even though she had tripped herself up on that one - having told everybody that daddy was a lawyer....seen as an upper-middle class profession....

anyway, ben was to get curious...why wasn't tanya ever invited back to jackie knight's parents' home? she was her 'best friend' after all...so ben and his mate tailed her mini back to dorset.....to find that it turned off 'in the middle of nowhere'  down a private road.....he was to ask him army contacts about it...to eventually learn that it was the WILBERFORCE estate....

ben and his mates were to put up this clue 'on the wall' between travelodge and magnet house carpark....i have no idea why it worked...i simply remembered what they had told me....and why they had put it there - as a memory aid....

i was then to take a shot of 'two new bricks' in the wall....i wasn't sure why...just that it was an oddity...and then donna walked up and we started talking....her neck was all swollen...and no she didn't feel the cold....

where do i begin? a lot of information to get through, this morning....

starting with the prague rothschild - who was to eventually found out that his family had originally been swedish nobility...he had then been programmed as 'pushkin in prague' by the hume/wilberforce family....and was then told, under mind control to get rid of caitlin...'push your kin over the edge'...which is what he then proceeded to do, as far as i know....

next up....the prague rothschild and his windy castle in the CR...i had been taken there, to stay the night....to find gill/little martine sobbing in his ice-cold room...moth-eaten tapestries....filthy dirty bedlinen etc....the other two monkey's bedrooms were the same...so i was to take him down to the kitchen...and as at the templar castle....find that the only edible food was potatoes basically - and luckily a microwave was on hand...butter and milk in the fridge....so we ate and drank...i then found a locked white door off the kitchen...and kicked it open...i 'knew' that it was important to find out what that room was all about...in effect it was a 'FOREIGEN TOILET FO' affair...which beth lazroe used to use....having been sent by the 'whitehall gang' to program/torture the prague rothschild, every so often with 'new instructions'....the room was clean and neat with a barfire and ensuite bathroom - apart from a small fridge...something horrible was rotting in there and so we moved it out into the passageway...anyway, we then 'moved in' for the night....you can guess what happened next...the prague rothschild was to 'get a grip' on beth lazroe....

and daldry's department was also to 'get a grip on her' later on....beth had joined the 'uglies' group but she wasn't happy...so i decided to be 'nice'...figured a really good hairstyle for her....one that would change her appearance so utterly that nobody would know it was her....in short a sort of 'french newwave cinema' look....short, boyish and beige blonde....daldry's department then taught her to speak in an entirely different register....losing the irish/american/jooish false accent and way of speaking....sarah holliday then sorted out 'new clothes' - and told her to throw away all of her hippie 'rainbow' knits etc...and to pick and choose from the 'two-tone' range that she had sorted out...black and white...in short, beth lazroe had become an entirely different person...she asked me for a suitable name...i was thinking of the fishwicks 'graphic designer' magazines of the 60s and 70s and so i said 'April' sounded like a nice spring name....

daldry's dept was then to tell beth that they were going to send her on an operation to find out who was controlling her from whitehall...she already had a very good idea.....the idea was that she would be their 'APRIL FOOL' upon them all...

beth had remembered two disused churches....all that is coming up so far is westminster church....W12...and then Godalming.....farnham - where the hollidays used to go to college or thereabouts as well as allison stonier, i might add.....anyway, a church around there....disused ones - rather like the church in the east end, that shana was to remember...where BLACK STAR programming had taken place....

yesterday i met donna outside of belle court...it was bitterly cold and she was only wearing a tee-shirt "you don't feel the cold!" i remarked....."no, i don't" she replied with a smile....just like my sister helen...and 'little martini' with those icecubes down his back as a small child, in bed.....after that he was able to go to sleep in subzero temperatures without a qualm....

anyway, donna was to tell me that she had an allergy to fish...a really bad one...and that her tongue had swelled up to twice the size, the other day...her neck was still extremely swollen...and why? well she had eaten a 'liver and bacon dish' from M&S and it had contained FISH OIL...she hadn't known....didn't check beforehand....therefore she was off to the minor accidents hospital down the road....tower road.....in the hope that they would give her an anti-allergy 'epi-pen'....whatever that is...donna was to tell me that it is injection which cures all allergies...."another injection" she laughed and i paused to consider how lucky i have been to remain 'healthy' so far....

the cia lab was to remote-view that disused church in the godalming/farnham area....i cannot be more precise than that....to see donna prostrate on a pile of frozen fish...packing cases with the frozen fish laid out on top...the ill cult's victims were then made to lie on 'the lot' for about 3 hours...they had laughed to see her throat and tongue swell up....

additionally, the NAS used to program with the 'silver sixpence' and also throw seeds of many different types at them....

now i understand how 'crazy' both helen and weale had become....because they sort of 'understood it all' at this level of insanity...all of the symbolism....and that is why they had made that really insane 'advert' - located on a plane...see previous notes.....

you would never 'work it out' unless you had actually seen what had happened to those people....

secondly the ill didn't do it that often...but when they did...they used to leave the fish to rot in bins beside the church.....and 'environmental services' never complained once....i was astounded that nobody had noticed...the ill used to use the place every 6 months or so to program 'another group'.....but even the neighbourhood cats hadn't 'raised the alarm' let us say...but then cats only really like tuna, from my experience...and not rotting fish in dustbins....

well that was something that 'really happened' in a way...let me explain....

sarah and daldry's department were 'on to it' in a second...what APRIL had found out....they tracked and traced the WILBERFORCE FAMILY as being in cahoots with the HUME family....to their family seat in DORSET.

sarah could hardly believe the coincidences....THE DOORS....'love me two time baby - and i'm gone away'.....jokingly translated as 'love me two-tone baby and i'm blown away'....DOORS and DORSET....

sonia was in contact with the sas...who in turn were in contact with the generals of the british army - under the  control of the BRITISH ROYALS...the generals were then put onto the WILBERFORCE family home, immediately...in short it was 'taken out' by the airforce.....and so quickly....luckily it had been miles and miles from anywhere....

one helicopter was to singe its tail...and had to land nearby.....another landed further on...the military got out and then shot at people running towards them from the burning building....they then boarded the second helicopter which took off....

more people began to run from the burning building and got into the helicopter that had landed....the order was then given to 'take it out'.....

and i can remember MCDONALD watching the whole thing...at the CIA LAB....as the blast hit that helicopter....a white helicopter...for a second...you could see the black outline of a man - more of a 'black skeleton' really....attempting to jump out of it....and then 'balls of fire' consumed the entire copter....

and that is why that van had turned up the other day...with that image upon it....as a memory aid to the above....

 

how odd...i can remember daldry on the battlements of the templar castle in the south of france saying that you didn't need to use 'two hands'....you had to balance the rifle upon the stone at the top of the castle battlements and then fire.....with one hand......DALDRY might have been able to 'do it himself' with 'one hand' but i kept a very 'light hand' upon the barrel to steady the gun before i shot (but took hand away before shooting).....see previous notes.....

my camera flashed when it shouldn't have done this morning...tracked and traced to another dodgy MI6 liaison officer in SP's office...when will you learn 'not to let them in'? he was a HOLLIDAY slave who had been promised the position of MANAGER in one of their 'hotels to be built' at PETRA...

this guy had tried to prevent me from taking a photo of 'guy with trolley filled with milk containers'...from MORRISON? anyway wherever it was going and probably to travelodge - the milk has been poisoned and i don't mean just 'female hormones'....test it out....

i can now remember a bit more about the obama/trump project....

firstly gill had gone to ARAD to do a bit of interviewing for US intelligence circa 1995 or later on...to meet the founder of ARAD...a decent guy....who was to show him how the water supply worked...how the agreement worked....an agreement that had encompassed jordan/israel/palestine....all at the table and everything 'above board'....gill was to take photos of the agreement/legal papers etc....

next up and years on...gill had recognised him in that PETRA TEMPLE...defending it and the water supply to the hilt...he knew what was going on...

but no he didn't have an RPG...and wasn't shooting to even wing any of them...one of OBAMA's people shouted RPG and that was it...the guy died in gill's arms....that is why gill had needed a stiff drink afterwards...whilst obama had laughed at him - he was drinking orangeade...."you don't understand big business" he laughed....

well gill did understand it...it is not a question of understanding it- is it? it is a question of agreeing with what big business is up to....and in this case, he was horrified...the obama/trump camp had shot a decent man....

on top of that...the holliday family had been promised 3 HOTELS in the new development....trump tends to work very fast indeed....he wanted to build this SIMS CITY fast.....and so before the land deals had been finalised...he was already talking to jordanian officials about planning permission....the official in question became suspicious...how would the water supply work for 3 hotels...oh they would truck it in...the offiical pointed out that for 3 hotels - well they would need a motorway built to ensure supplies got through easily and upon a regular basis....motorway planning permission....

trump and obama were planning even further ahead...they wanted a 'passport to pimlico' thing....to make the area around the temple into an independent state...for billionnaires that is....

i can remember discovering all of the above at the cia lab...for obama to then get a hold of me and try to memory-dump me...and also memory-modify what was left of my memories of PETRA...he was to tell me that PETRA was near to LIBYA for some reason....and to imagine that this was so....

this morning, i remembered the MELNICK wine festival....and how i had gone there with oliver and matt smith from the prague dto...and oliver's japanese girlfriend who had come over to visit him....

a japanese slave-driver had sent her over....a 'transaction' of sorts....

in short, the cia lab were to find out that she would have been sacrificed at that MELNICK festival within an ill cult rite if certain people hadn't stepped in to stop it....

the upshot of it all was that i was to meet friends of MISCHA....also air flight attendants and arrange with them to go back to prague that evening....

oliver and matt had booked two rooms - both with two beds in them...and had expected us to 'bunk up' with them....

that didn't happen....oliver's japanese girlfriend got very drunk - because she wasn't used to that much wine...i was also inebriated let us say but more 'in my right mind'....she then told oliver that she wanted to sleep...so i got the keys for the room off him and we walked back into MELNICK square....to see that the wine tables had been moved...a large wooden stage erected and that a large amount of people were doing 'strictly dancing' on stage....rather like the polish used to do at discos....japanese girlfriend hauled me up on stage...she wanted to dance...i figured 'oh no' but then 'she'll tire herself out soon - i'll get her back to their room and then leave with the flight attendants'...which is basically what was to happen....

apart from the fact that this wine-tasting event was so popular that the local tv/news stations were all there...and we made national tv.....at the front of that stage, dancing madly because we couldn't do those formal dances....we began to do really silly stuff for the fun of it...like toby 'macklin's jellyfish for example....

years later on...an MI6 officer was to show me a video tape of us dancing...gill was also to tell me that he had been at the back of the large crowd in front of the stage....

the cia lab were to remote-view oliver...who had been horrified....firstly - after i had got his japanese girlfriend back to the room and told her to lock the door...and then checked that she had...she went out 'blotto' and didn't let him in...the ill were unable to sacrifice her that night....and the next morning he was to learn that she had been on stage with tv news cameras upon her...cameras flashing everywhere etc....so he couldn't get rid of her discreetly...and had to enable her to catch the flight back to japan....

the flight attendants had taken me with them...so we took the last bus out of melnick and found the last tram out of prague...to devicka.....where i was living at the time....and yes i suppose that i would also have been sacrificed that night - if it hadn't been for the CZECH AIRLINES flight attendants....

so anyway, is that something around the 'WINERACK' business? in the cage room...gill was to tell me that he and the other two monkeys had been in the crowd, in front of the stage....but that i hadn't spotted them....

i can now see that it might have even worse repercussions - upon the relations between jordanian government and israelis/palestinians....in 'the south'....

gill had interviewed somebody 'high up' in arad...he was to say that they shared water with gaza and weren't pissing around upon that one....they ensured a good supply....i wonder now if that man had gone up to PETRA to stand there waving a gun....he had looked like RICHARD GRIFFITHS...and possibly also like Avraham "Beiga" Shochat, the first elected leader of Arad...is that who obama's people shot, under false pretences?
