....and what's new this tuesday evening, dazzlenation?...well, to recap....your scuba diver is definitely reminding me of the sub-contractor who did the gas inspection, this morning....however, he could speak....lol...a bit of a 'frodo'?....identified the main problem...as not being anything to do with my flat's boiler...rather the 'flooding' issue and frontdoor of flat no. 1....and reported it....see previous posts....go figure:
