....and what else, dazzlenation?...a note upon the timer system about the following film 'black narcissus'....and all because gill had figured that it was important to talk about, at this point in time....remember his 'nun whitewash' gif?.....well, tilda swinton had turned up, to give a talk about the movie - at dartington....she was to tell the mainly female audience, it has to be said.....that we all identified with the 'bad nun' oppposed to the 'good nun', didn't we?....lol....well, no.....what was there to like about the self-inflicted 'masochism' of the 'bad nun' etc etc....hmmmm....turned out i was in the minority.....all of those on 'horse' were identifying and to the nth degree, with the 'bad nun' aka 'sister ruth'.....apart from emma willcox, who had identified with 'sister honey'.....gill was to tell me that i had to pick somebody...i then got angry with him and refused to do any such thing....and in retrospect....it had all been simplified into the ground i.e. choose the 'bad' or the 'good nun'....and having looked at the film review upon wiki....'sister ruth' was apparently 'emotionally unwell' etc etc....go figure:

Black Narcissus - Wikipedia

Honey's growing attachment to the children ends in disaster when she gives medicine to a fatally ill baby. The child's death angers the locals, who blame and abandon the mission, and puts further strain on the nuns. Mr Dean unsuccessfully tries to persuade Clodagh to leave before anything else untoward happens.
