....and what else, dazzlenation?...lol....this is insane....you can reach the stopcock quite easily - once you know where to find it....the problem is that it is stuck...how many times have CHP been told that and yet etc etc....anyway, it is possible that they need a larger panel/access space in order to do something about the whole gizmo and so i'll email them back with etc etc.....go figure:
