and so in brief, the scam ran as follows....'fran' had opened up a new contract upon my account but she hadn't closed down the last one which i was to assume that she had done....seeing as she was to tell me that the changeover from one contract to another would only result in an extra £5 charge.....and when i went in, again - to ask her what was going on - she refused to do anything at all...told me to contact 'customer service'...the shop was now only a 'pick-up' point...evil little rugrat.
