....and so in retrospect, dazzlenation....let me see...as mark r was to say in that article upon etc etc...that was to come up, recently....most people in his town, just want to do their jobs, pay their taxes....eat pizza and watch sport....i would like to do the same....the football 'n' the  tennis etc etc....except that my life has not been that 'uncomplicated' let us say....and what with covid along with so many 'demonstrations' going on, all over the world...it looks like not that many people have such 'uncomplicated' lives anymore...and they are questioning all sorts of things....and demonstrating about those issues.....hmmm....let me see...and when i began to view those 'statue toppling' events - which have been happening all over the globe....i was to remember MOD/MI5 evans jeering at sonia fisher, mark vizard and myself...who had arrived, to teach EFL in eastern europe 'late'....whereas evans had been in berlin, when the wall came down etc etc...in short, we had missed all of the really 'exciting' stuff...all of that 'statue-toppling' etc etc....the fall of communism in soviet block/iron curtain countries....and yet, we were to see the aftermath....and the atmosphere was optimistic...a bit like 'spring-time'...things couldn't be as bad as that, again - given the political changes......and by and large, they weren't....oh and the czech republic was a case in point, dazzlenation...the velvet revolution.......and so what can i say but that one can see that a revolution is going on and worldwide....when statues begin to topple...and yes, i am talking about what has happened in canada, recently (nobody has toppled the british monarchy's etc etc until this point in time)....it means that the old order is coming down and that a new one will begin....oh and upon the note of former czechoslovakia...remember jan palach?....because the UK police might need a reminder of that type of thing and be ready with fire extinguishers/blankets....'extinction rebellion' has been known to pull rather dramatic stunts in the past and so one can say that...well, you know what i am saying, dazzlenation.....go figure:
