.....and yes, dazzlenation....that looks like an ideal one-bedroom flat...unfortunately, i will not be able to move until i have got my money back....see previous notes upon 'all of that' and then of course, i'll be able to pay professionals to do repair jobs and not have to suffer the likes of 'lee jackson' et al - ever again....go figure:
