...and what's new this sunday morning - dazzlenation...well, as i went for a cycle up and down the prom...i spotted a large sign up in both english and polish...SEAFOOD and its translation into polish...reminded me of 'goscia' for some reason (see previous notes upon the polish efl teachers at that katowice studium - university of silesia)....along with polish family holidays in the UK....not sure why this is 'important' but it is upon the timer system, dazzlenation....and no, i didn't bother to take photos....anyway, somebody from one of my EFL classes was to translate - so many decades ago, now...for me to then realise that the polish, had more in common with etc etc than with english....go figure:

and so why was it important?....no idea, at present...although, if you take the 'cosmic view', i suppose - dazzlenation...and talk about fruits of the earth....along with the fruits of the sea....the english view i.e. 'seafood'....what is the corollary?...air/atmosphere-food, regarding apples?....and what about root vegetables?...."earth-food" replies BI online....i can 'feel' a comedy sketch coming on....as it goes, eh?.....anyway, personally - i am happy with a distinction between what one can find in the 'deep' and the 'heavenly blue skies'....regarding what one might eat....fruit are fruit and shellfish are quite something else....see previous notes upon the 'selfish shellfish shelves' of MI5 ling's library mob etc etc...although if you look at sylvia's programming as a 'big fruit' and the mossad as 'poisonous shellfish'...where am i going with this?..."but fruit weren't much better, were they?" replies BI online....oh and emet had left a note, recently...regarding how 'contaminated' courgettes can be the worst of the lot....and what had he singled out?...a 'yellow squash'?...amongst other possibilities....see previous post....we shall see/on vera.
