....and what else is 'new' upon the BBC, this evening - dazzlenation?....oh i see....according to comments....alot of people appear to be annoyed by 'woke' culture and as a consequence cannot be bothered with the oscars, nowadays....hmmm...i can't say that is what bothers me...in terms of what used to annoy me about hollywood movies...having not watched one, in a very long time - i might add....lol...what used to bother me was the interminable length, of most of them....could have had at least an hour edited out etc etc....secondly, the whole 'aren't-i-clever-for-using-technically-difficult-special-effects'....no, you're not...dull, dull, dull....and thirdly, very few appear to be bothered with creating a decent soundtrack....i have seen quite a few films which might have been good...marred by abysmal 'generic' soundtracks....go figure:
