....and so if i were to add a little bit more, dazzlenation...i was to find the following notice stuck 'with red tape'....lol...to the side of belle court entrance...something that aaron services ltd have never done before, now...and to any other resident....and yes, they have left many such notices, in the foyer...for residents who had apparently 'missed' appointments....and that is because their operatives have simply let themselves in, with a fob key - to then leave the notice upon the doormat or by the notice board - inside the foyer, of belle court....and so firstly i would question whether or not the following 'notice' is a bona fide one....i mean to say, what is this 'red tape' business, upon the outside of belle court....obviously whoever-it-was....didn't have a fob key and that within itself is 'suspect'....go figure:

next up, no annual safety check/repair job has ever required a second visit, to complete the work.

secondly....'lee-jackson-mark-11', let us say....see previous posts....had said nothing about a 'follow-up' visit....and we can see from the above, that it had been left by another operative named 'peter'.

thirdly, aaron services ltd should know well enough, by now....that operatives are not allowed to turn up on spec and try to gain entry to a property without arranging an appointment with the resident beforehand.

...and so what do you think, dazzlenation?....because the sick 'n' the stupid are pissing around again, like never before...i wonder 'why'?...lol....i mean to say...if they really feel that they have to come round again, in order to do a proper job, the second time round....in order to avoid the charge of say....'negligence' - and there are so many more, aren't there - dazzlenation?...looking down the years...of what i have had to put up with, in relation to bogus plumbers and bogus 'gas safety/boiler inspections'.........

....anyway, i digress....so aaron services ltd have now decided that 'peter' is a suitably qualified plumber - whom they would like to send in, in order to cover up etc etc....before EON pay a visit, that is....and yes, i would guess that yesterday evening's posts.....had put the SH. I.T.s up the lot of them....

.....(as i knew it would do)....more laughter.....anyway, down to brass tacks....and so what should i do, dazzlenation?...

....firstly, i will have to write to CHP, in order to ascertain that the notice isn't a bogus one....see above...secondly, whoever was behind that 'call-on-spec' is acting against the rules 'n' regulations....and that is why i think that 'pest control' is now necessary, don't you?

....and thirdly, the next time that aaron services ltd decides to turn up 'on spec' i.e. with no prior booking/arrangement...perhaps the clowns would like to bring their make-up, balloons and water pistols with them?....in fact, i should ask them to do just that and from now on....every time i book a new appointment, with their so-called service...."what a sodding joke" replies BI online...the whole lot of them - including certain CHP plumbers - not just aaron services ltd (along with other contracted-in-firms that tend to send 'the very same operatives' who have apparently changed firms and are now etc etc - lol....i never forget a 'face' - particularly not 'ian' from GCHQ, let us say...."what a loser" replies BI online)....and for so many years, now...since 2009...with the exception of 'mr church' let us say....who had actually done a good job in making the whole rig, relatively 'safe' again....see previous notes upon the 'lee jacksons' involved, in this whole 'clown-show'.

....anyway, one can only conclude that the sick 'n' the stupid had wanted to gain access to my flat's boiler and illegally, i might add....before EON turn up....what a mystery, eh?....who can solve it?
