oh and my flat's boiler is still playing up....pressure 28 and 'over the top' on the dial - even though I only had 2 small radiators on (low - level 1) and not 3 radiators (including the big one, in the living room)...oh and I now have to top up the boiler every two days or else it goes below the grey band....but CHP plumber....scarlett's lee had said that was all "okay" with a subtext of 'don't bother me'....go figure:
