Australian rissoles look a bit like lamb kofka....oh I 'get' it now...the ris-sols....ris - French for rice...and the candy brothers had chosen the following to represent themselves....and somebody had been trying to remind me of the first 'indonesian' image - in relation to those plates left in belle court cageroom....go figure::
they used to do potato rissoles at Langley juniors/seniors, as far as I can remember....rather like the 'indonesian' number, above.
